Recruited and implemented new brand and marketing strategies to include Press and Awards, SEO and PPC.
Rebranded and launched industry leading training academy training stylists in 6 months not 3 years.
Consistently generated a quarterly marketing strategy to address the individual sales needs of 6 salons, whilst driving group brand awareness, that resulted in record new client numbers.
Identified the opportunity to implement an online gift card functionality resulting in a £12,000 increase in Black Friday revenue YOY.
