    • Curated from inception to execution the re-brand of Blushes to The Blushes Collective as part of an overarching growth strategy.

    • Successfully wrote and co-pitched a brand and growth strategy to L’Oréal to win a Growth and Acquisition Contract.

    • Recruited and implemented new brand and marketing strategies to include Press and Awards, SEO and PPC.

    • Rebranded and launched industry leading training academy training stylists in 6 months not 3 years.

    • Consistently generated a quarterly marketing strategy to address the individual sales needs of 6 salons, whilst driving group brand awareness, that resulted in record new client numbers.

    • Identified the opportunity to implement an online gift card functionality resulting in a £12,000 increase in Black Friday revenue YOY.

    • Effectively implemented a 3-month ‘turnaround plan’ to drive new client numbers.

    • Built and managed a monthly communications plan in line with the quarterly strategy to include social media, email, blog, SEO and PPC.

    • Successfully planned, briefed and executed multiple photoshoots to include Bridal, Fashion and Brand.
